[Breaking News]: Imo State Government Announces 2-Day Workshop on CNG Conversion and Automotive Safety

The Imo State Government, through its Ministry of Youth Development and Talent Hunt, in partnership with the National Automotive Design and Development Council and in collaboration with the Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Youth Initiatives, Monitoring, and Delivery, is set to organize a two-day workshop.

Workshop Theme:
Opportunity for Youth in the CNG Conversion Value Chain: Safety and Benefits in the Usage of CNG in the Automotive Sector

Venue:
Shehu Musa Yaradua Center, Abuja.

Date:

11th - 12th September 2024.

Important Note: This is not an empowerment program but an enhancement program. However, transportation, feeding, and accommodation will be provided for those interested in attending the training.

As part of this initiative, 10 youths from Imo State will be selected to participate. Interested individuals are encouraged to visit the Office of the Youth Director at the State Secretariat in Owerri, Block 1, to register for free.

Registration Dates:
Monday, 2nd September, and Tuesday, 3rd September.

Time:
10:00 am - 1:00 pm daily.

This workshop is a significant opportunity for Imo youths to become self-reliant in automotive engineering, particularly in the area of CNG usage in the automotive sector.
